Are you going on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride and want to order merchandise ahead of time that we have at the store? Here are the steps that you should follow in order to pick up your order on site at the date/time of your train ride!
Once, you have placed your order and selected the "pick up at store" option. Please send us an email to email@example.com or message us on Facebook to let us know you placed the order and would like to pick it up at the time of your train ride. You will need to provide us with your name and the date/time of your train ride so we know to have it ready for you then!
We ask that you place your order online 24 hours in advance of your train ride and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we have time to get the order ready for you! If the order is not submitted and you haven't contacted us with the information required prior to 24 hours in advance of your ride, we can't guarantee that it will be ready for you in time for your ride.
You can pick up your pre-order on location when you get your tickets scanned!
